Agent Orange, What You Should Know🌿

Veterans exposed to Agent Orange may qualify for benefits tied to presumptive conditions. That means the VA assumes certain illnesses are service-connected without requiring additional proof.

If you served in Vietnam and have questions about health conditions or past claims, we encourage you to come in and speak with us.

Let’s review your file together.

What Does “Presumptive” Mean?📋

The word “presumptive” can sound complicated. It simply means the VA recognizes certain conditions as being connected to military service.

For Vietnam veterans, this can make filing a claim easier, especially for conditions related to Agent Orange exposure.

If you’ve heard the term but aren’t sure what it means for you, stop in. We’ll explain it clearly and walk you through your options.

Families of Vietnam Veterans, This May Apply to You👨‍👩‍👧

Benefits don’t always end with the veteran.

Surviving spouses and dependents of Vietnam-era veterans may still qualify for certain support. Many families simply aren’t aware of what’s available.

If your loved one served, we invite you to come in and learn more.

🔄 Have You Checked In Recently?

Even if you filed years ago, it may be time for a review.

Eligibility rules evolve. Presumptive lists expand. Circumstances change. We recommend veterans check in with our office every few years to make sure everything is current and accurate.

A quick conversation can provide peace of mind.
