These two dogs are still looking for a new home!

These two pups are looking for new homes. Izzy and Ozzy are about 8 months old and apparently are Chihuahua/Poodle/Min Pin mixes. Ozzy has longer hair while Izzy is short hair. They have been good around a toddler that is in house but not sure about other dogs. If interested in checking either dog out, you can message the shelter or comment on the post.

Meet Maple. This sweet female pup was apparently dumped by her previous owner who never came looking for her. Maple is only around 1 year old, Great Pyrenees type dog and weighs about 50 lbs (she should be around 90 lbs). In the one picture, you can see all of her ribs. She is very friendly, loves attention and just really wants a new family to give her all the love! Maple did very well at the vets office while getting up to date on her vaccines and also tested negative for heartworm. Not sure how she is with other dogs.

If interested in checking Maple out, you can message the shelter, stop by during adoption hours on Thursdays from Noon to 1 pm and Saturdays from 9 am - 10 am or call (419) 523-8617 to setup an appointment. Adoption fee is only $70 which includes dog license.

This female Great Pyrenees was found in Ottawa and had been on the run since at least Wednesday. She has no collar or dog license on. At this time, we are not looking at giving this dog back to the owner as she is severely underweight as well as some possible other health issues. We would like to know who the owner is to find out why she is so underweight and maybe it is due to some medical reasons. She was very nervous at first and did not want anything to do with the dog warden but with some time and patience, she came around (as well with some dog treats!!).

This is a courtesy post for Harley. A family took Harley in after a different family no longer wanted the dog. According to the family that currently has Harley, he is around 5 - 7 years old, German Shepherd Mix type dog, laid back, knows basic commands, likes walks as well as car rides, likes belly rubs and cuddles, housebroken and seems to be okay around other dogs.

Adopted

Hope is looking for a new home since no one has came looking for her! I am just not sure how someone is not aware that their dog is missing for a few days?! Hope appears to be around 1-3 years old and of course, is a Pit type dog. She is very friendly, loves the attention and playful. Hope has been very happy to see new people with her tail wagging shows it! Unfortunately, I do believe that she may not be very good around other dogs, so she might need to be the only dog.

This female Pit was apparently found on Rd 13 and Rd T-13 which is also at the Allen County line, west of Columbus Grove. She only has a choker chain on and no dog license. If anyone has information on who the owner is, you can message the shelter or comment on the post.

Found a new home!

This female dog was apparently found on SR 190 between Ft. Jennings and Delphos the other day. She has no collar or dog license on. She possibly could be a pitbull and mastiff mix as she is on the larger size. She does have cropped ears. If anyone has information on who the owner is, you can message the shelter or comment on the post.
