Kansas wants to be #1 so badly, in ALL the worse ways, thanks to Kris Kobach, Rep. Pat Proctor of Leavenworth, and the maga-supermajority in our State legislature in Topeka.

Kansas is not rewriting its election system with one sweeping law. It is doing so in pieces. Collectively, they form a kind of architecture.
