Thank You, River Springs!

What a summer it has been! ☀️
While this season may have been shorter than we had hoped, our community still showed up in a BIG way. 30,421 people visited River Springs Water Park this season! That is nearly as many visitors as we would see during a normal-length season and we did it while having the busiest July in the history of River Springs!

To each and every one of you who visited, brought your family, took a swim, went down a slide, floated the Lazy River, joined us for a program, or simply came out to cool off, THANK YOU!

River Springs is here because of our community, and seeing so many of you make it part of your summer means so much to us.
Thank you for your support, your patience, your smiles, and for making this such a memorable summer. We are so grateful for everyone who made River Springs part of their summer and helped make this season one to remember.

Today is the last day of the 2026 Water Park season! Stop in today for a discounted admission of $3.50 and $1.00 hot dogs. All concessions items are discounted….if you are an Alani or bubblr lover it might not be a bad idea to swing by and stock up as prices are lower than the gas stations and grocery stores!

(8/13) Swimming lessons for today have been moved indoors to OMS, all participants must enter through door 13 by the cafeteria today. Water Aerobics and Tiny Tot Time have been cancelled.

Don’t let todays morning rain storms scare you away! Today is the day to take advantage of 2 discounted opportunities at River Springs. Admission into the facility is only $4.50 per person up until 6pm and then from 6-8pm we have free admission! (8/9)

River Springs is currently on a lightning delay as of 12:21pm.

(8/7) All swimming lessons have been moved indoors to the Owatonna Middle School due to the incoming storms.

We do anticipate attempting to open at noon for open swim.

Yes, you read that correctly, over 21,300 patrons visited our Water Park the 28 days we were open in July. To put that into perspective we normally see around 14,000 people in July and our first year open in 2009 we only had 18,700 people the WHOLE season!
