We would like to invite EVERYONE to come join us for this Ribbon Cutting!! We would especially LOVE to see the individuals and families of people who have banners up in the community. Tioga United Way has partnered with the Hometown Heroes Banner Program to honor and celebrate local heroes from across Tioga County. These banners now proudly line the streets of Owego, creating a visible tribute to the individuals who make a difference in our community every day.

Join the Tioga Chamber as we host the official ribbon-cutting for this inspiring community project.
