Owensboro Public Schools has been a one-to-one student device district for many years, but after years of using Chromebooks, the district has started to phase in new Macbook Neo devices to incoming Freshmen students. The distribution of those began this morning at Owensboro High School.

This rollout is different than others as the students had the opportunity to select the color of their Macbook Neo toward the end of the school year last year and will get to see them for the first time this morning at distribution.
