LIHEAP Summer Subsidy applications will be accepted at Kentucky Community Action Agencies from August 3 - September 11, 2026, or until funds are depleted to help offset cooling costs with a one-time electric benefit!

Households must meet eligibility requirements, including household income of up to and including 150 percent of the Federal Poverty Guidelines to qualify for assistance. Benefits are paid directly to the household’s electric vendor. No disconnect notice, past-due bill, or eviction notice is required to apply.

We are so happy to partner with Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Owensboro in their three day People of Hope initiative. Get your tickets to the Dress for Less Gala, visit the mobile museum, visit the resource event all day Monday, jump in line to put together 2,000 meal boxes that will be distributed through our Head Start program. There are so many ways to experience this beautiful gift to our community, you don't want to miss it!
