A big THANK YOU OWENSBORO for such a strong first attempt at getting elected!

I’m convinced this town is hungry for better options with respect to leadership.

While I didn’t succeed this time, I’m not done trying to bring more prosperity to Owensboro, and learned a lot from this election cycle. Look for more from me in the future!

In the meantime, let’s pray for our city’s leaders, and pray that they be granted the wisdom, courage, energy, and imagination that we need them to have.

I’m excited to finally vote!

After a morning volunteering at the Daviess County Animal Shelter with my daughters, I chose to participate in early voting at the Sportscenter today- the last day for early voting.

I’m excited to see what Tuesday brings- a better future awaits you, Owensboro! Vote Tyler Goad for City Commissioner!

10/29/2024

Want to know how to make your vote really count? Consider only voting for Tyler Goad, and no other candidates when it comes to your City Commissioner vote. (Or vote for your top two, maybe.) The highest 4 “vote-getters” of the 7 candidates get elected. If you don’t vote for any other candidates, the vote you cast for Tyler Goad means more, from a numbers standpoint. Don’t vote for four if you don’t feel strongly about all of the choices.

OF COURSE I’m in it to win it, but whether you vote for me or not, and whether you vote for one or all four of your choices, please go vote!

Preserving our fundamental freedoms, like voting, was and is central to my service as a veteran. When you exercise your freedom, that’s one of many ways you can thank a veteran. Want to know another?

Hire a veteran by voting for one. I’m ready to serve again.

In fact, if you’re as excited as I am to vote this year, you might want to consider an early vote at the Sportscenter here in town, starting on the 31st.

Thursday, October 31 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Friday, November 1 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Saturday, November 2 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

ALL registered voters are eligible to participate with no excuse needed. Find a sample ballot at https://www.daviessky.org/elections/.

The Red, White, and Blue picnic last Thursday was well-attended. It was great to see so many folks getting better informed on candidates.

Many thanks are due to the Owensboro Chamber of Commerce for organizing the event, Big Rivers Electric for sponsoring the event, and to the Owensboro FOP lodge 16 for cooking for the crowd (and for endorsing me as a candidate!)

As I say in the attached video, better informed voters make better choices, leading to better leadership and a better future for Owensboro.

See how I compare to the other choices, and vote for Tyler Goad for Owensboro City Commissioner!

“Proudly Supported by Greater Owensboro Realtor Association Realtors Political Action Committee”

I gained another supporter with the GORA Realtor PAC. I’m proud to be supported by them.

They share my goal of making wealth more accessible to the citizens of Owensboro. Developing good paying jobs leads to more citizens being able to buy a home; an elusive goal for many, especially our younger residents, and a key contributor to being able to build wealth.

Help me help YOU, Owensboro! Elect Tyler Goad as City Commissioner!

Early voting starts October 31st, and runs through November 2nd, next and last chance to vote after that will be Election Day on November 5th.

I’m endorsed by the local
Fraternal Order of Police.

If you had a sharp eye, you noticed this symbol in my advertisement in Owensboro family magazine.

It means that when I and the other candidates met with the local FOP at a candidate forum they found me to be someone they would want to work with; to not only make their own lives better, but to join with them to make Owensboro better too.

If crime is an important issue to you, vote for me, and let’s work on getting some solutions in place- together.

Even my opponents love me?

It’s true- Rafe Buckner and I have known each other since we went through Leadership Owensboro together. We have very different backgrounds and focus, but we are very much oriented towards making Owensboro a far better place.
And for the record, I think Rafe is a pretty cool guy, too. We’re both worthy of your vote on November 5th, if you value new perspective, better energy and people who will work well with others in your city commissioners.

And reminder- Today is the last day to register to vote- make sure you can make your voice and vote count by registering!
