We need some help at 6pm tonight at Bridge the Gap clothing center (Welcome Baptist Church, 3672 st rt 133, Williamsburg.)
We will be unloading the food collected for Stock the Trailer. If you are available please come and help.

Reminder:

Tomorrow is the last opportunity to pick up checks up will be Sunday, August 30 from 12 PM to 1 PM at the sale trailer located on the fairgrounds.

If you’re unable to pick up your check one of these days you will need to contact a member of sales committee or at the email [email protected] to make arrangements to get your check picked up.

Remember, you only have 90 days to get your checks cashed. Please get them cashed as soon as possible. It will be extremely hard to get a re-issue of a check if after 90 days.

A lot of you are asking about photos from Fair 2026. Edits are still in progress to get you the best photos. New files are being uploaded everyday….We plan to have all finished by this weekend. Appreciate your patience…the photos will be worth your wait.

Thank you to everybody who came to remove pens from the Holman barn today, August 15. Just as a reminder we will be here today August 15 until 10 AM to finish picking up checks.

Junior Fair sales check pick up will be Saturday, August 15th at 8:00am at the Holman barn. We will be taking down the pens the same morning. Checks will be available after the pens are done.
