Title Clerk verify that accurate funds have been collected on sales before processing titles or registering any vehicle and verify the amount still owed on lien vehicles.

~CHECK DOCUMENTS~
Title clerk look over documents to ensure that all information is accurate and double check important data such as names address soundex #'s and VIN.

~ANSWER PHONES~
Title Clerk answers incoming phone calls & emails.

~CLERICAL TASKS~
Title Clerk perform general clerical tasks, such as filing, data entry, and copying.

~MAINTAIN WORK AREA~
Title Clerks keep their work areas clean and organized to maintain a professional appearance at all times.

~SEND PAPERWORK TO CUSTOMERS~
Title clerk makes copies of all relevant title and vehicle paperwork, organize the documents, and give a copy to customer. At times, this may require title clerks to travel outside the office to hand-deliver.

~ANSWER QUESTIONS~
