***A friendly update: Rumpke has PURCHASED/BOUGHT OUT Waste Management’s territory that serviced our area. (This includes other counties in our region as well.) This was NOT an approved discussion/motion made by the Bath County Fiscal Court to change residential trash pickup service providers. This was a business transaction made between Rumpke and Waste Management. The flyer below was sent to our office by Rumpke, and we have shared with the public as an informative piece. Again, any questions or concerns regarding your residential trash pick up in Bath County should now be directed to Rumpke at the number listed on their flyer. 🙂

Rumpke is now the trash service provider for Bath County. Please review the mailed flyer below for additional information, especially the highlighted area under “Billing”.

Public parking around the old courthouse is extremely slick. That area is nothing but ice.
