May is National Skin Cancer Awareness Month. Early detection can save lives. Skin cancer is one of the most common types of cancer, so it’s important to know the warning signs and check your skin regularly. Taking these simple steps can help protect your health. If you notice any new, changing, or unusual spots, talk with your healthcare provider or dermatologist.
