I love that this meme uses the word "trying". It's something we work on in therapy A LOT because absolutes are not real.
We don't say "I can't....." in therapy we say "I'm trying to learn to ....."

Huge shout out to 7 Brew Coffee Owosso 🎉
The young lady that helped me on my first time order was AMAZING!

I ended with a cold coffee raspberry and white chocolate medium. 🤤
It is beyond perfect for today.

They can even make it gluten free (Starbucks does not!)

I will be back, and this could be a problem

I LOVE their motto "cultivate kindness"

On the daily, I have conversations about people "avoiding conflict"

I'd like to remind you, expressing your expectations/boundaries/desires/needs/feelings/wants is only conflictual if the person you are talking to doesn't care about you.

Those are not your people!
