💬 We get this question a lot...

❓ What is a "non-emergency" transport and its fee?

A non-emergency transport is when we move your golf cart from your home or storage facility to a repair facility or storage facility, or vice versa within The Villages.

Some examples:
🏠 Home or storage ➡️ repair facility (ex: Village Golf Cars)
🏠 Repair facility ➡️ home or storage

💲 How it works:
- Standard Membership: $40 per non-emergency transport
- Plus & Platinum Members: 2 free non-emergency transports per year
- Non-Members: $100 per transport

📌 Important:
Non-emergency transports are same-day requests only and cannot be scheduled in advance.

⚠️ This is separate from emergency roadside assistance/towing services.

We got called out recently for a golf cart that "just stopped working."

No warning. No gradual issue. Just done. 😅

When we arrived, it turned out to be something simple that had been building up for a while. The kind of thing that could have been caught early with routine maintenance.

This is why we always recommend checking your cart BEFORE it becomes a problem instead of after.
