Paving crews will begin construction operations on Recreation Drive, Elm Street and Friendship Rd beginning Wednesday night 8/19/2026. The work will begin at approximately 7:00 PM each night and end around 7:00 AM each morning. Please avoid these areas if possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding. As you are aware, a storm passed through our area rapidly yesterday, resulting in numerous fallen trees and power lines. We worked expeditiously to clear trees and debris to reopen roadways. We are aware of the roadway conditions at the eastern entrance to the QT gas station. A permanent repair is a complex process, necessitating temporary truck traffic rerouting while the concrete patch cures. This requires coordination with multiple contractors and QT management. We are actively working on scheduling to complete this repair. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
