The Luna Cares Fund is in honor of my late mother, Sara Davis Emery. I created this fund with the help of my staff at Luna Blu and many wonderful friends to support local women following the formidable diagnosis of cancer. The Luna Cares Fund will help offset costs of treatments, doctor visits, hospital stays, surgeries, prosthetic (wigs, etc.), counseling, prescriptions and other medical costs th

at incur during their devastating battle. Cancer patients who become too sick to work after their diagnosis are particularly vulnerable because they may face a loss of income at the same time they are faced with paying the full cost of insurance premiums to maintain coverage. My dream is to remove the financial burdens of these patients, regardless if they are insured, under-insured or uninsured, so they may spend this precious time with their families and concentrate on what is really important - HEALING...
