Granville County Cattleman's Association

Granville County Cattleman's Association GCCA represents Granville County's diverse beef industry. GCCA affairs are managed by a Board of Directors elected by the general membership.

The board also serves as an advisory committee to the Granville County Cooperative Extension Service, providing direction and support to livestock and forage-related educational programs. General members are encouraged to serve on one or more standing committees that focus on long-term planning and project implementation.

I am reaching out on behalf of the NC Department of Agriculture's Research Stations, requiring fencing equipment in western North Carolina. If you possess extra t-posts, fencing, solar-powered electric fence chargers, or related fencing supplies, please contact me to coordinate a drop-off. Our two research stations in the mountains receive multiple deliveries a week.

The Granville Couny Cattlemen’s and Livestock Association will have two auction items of local meats. One item is an almost 6 pound brisket with fresh eggs and the other is a variety basket with pork, chicken, and beef. The auction starts at 1:30. Thanks to Farm and Table Market at GCF, Heartland Farm, and Circle H Farms for providing the community with these local meat options.
