Granville Vance Public Health and AIM High Keep Pressing are bringing another diabetes prevention program cohort to Vance County this fall. MDPP is a FREE yearlong nutrition and physical activity evidence-based program aimed at preventing Type 2 Diabetes. Participants meet for one hour weekly for the first six months, then once or twice a month for the second six months.

Join our team of dedicated lifestyle coaches for a night of sharing and connecting to promote healthy lifestyle changes. Register at the link below to receive more information on how you can enroll in our program. The community conversation will be on August 19th at 6:00 p.m.
