Last night there was a Borough Council Meeting with an executive session beforehand. Councilperson and candidate Marta Driscoll stayed home. Why? Because Council was discussing how to get out of a BIG MESS she put the borough in. More than once she had acted alone, against the advice of counsel and has put the borough at risk.
She resigned as president.
She refused to resign from council.
She has the gall to ask for your vote again.

She stayed home and sent campaign emails tonight while the rest of council and mayor were in an almost three hour meeting cleaning up her mess.

And their candidate for mayor defended her at every turn.

Vote for the GOP ticket. We will work for you. And there won’t be executive sessions to discuss matters of possible litigation because of our actions.
