You may have seen this picture today of Ashley Ferris, the heroic officer who stopped a mass murderer during a shooting spree in Colorado this week.

Agent Ferris is currently in a hospital recovering from being shot in the abdomen during her interaction with the gunman. 5 citizens of the Lakewood and Denver communities lost their lives, and several others were shot and injured as well as Agent Ferris.

As details of this story continue to emerge over the next few weeks, please remember Ashley. Think about how this story had the potential to go down in history as one of the worst shooting rampages in the United States if it were not for her warrior mentality. Laying on the ground, shot in the abdomen, and still returning fire until the threat was neutralized.

I thank God every day that we will never know truly how bad this could have been BECAUSE of Agent Ashley Ferris. Absolute Warrior.
