The BEST Organic Yellow Italian Wax Romano Beans on the Planet come from 🌱

And Guess What!?!? These Beans are STRING-LESS! So much Time Saved⏰

No machines used to package any of our products at Harry's Berries, only the most loving hands.

Impress someone with this easy recipe!

*Harry's Berries Oven -Roasted Romano Beans

*Preheat oven to 425°F
*Rinse Beans and Pat Dry
*Snip off the Stem end
*Single layer the beans on a cookie sheet
*Drizzle them with Olive Oil
*Salt & Pepper to TASTE
*Place the cookie sheet with beans in the oven for 10 minutes
*After 10 minutes, flip the beans over with a spatula or tongs
*Put back into oven for another 10 minutes until caramelized.
*Remove from the oven and enjoy!

It's so much fun to add ingredients like, cherry tomatoes, onions, spices and salts or some garlic cloves towards the end of the roast ♨️

Oftentimes people ask how many acres of beans we have? Most times we can't answer in acres because our vegetables are limited to just a few rows at any given time of the best tasting vegetables we've ever had . 🌎

The smaller scale of our farm allows for the ultimate care when growing and harvesting by hand. Every strawberry, bean, tomato and squash are hand-picked by loving, skillful hands.

There is NO machine harvesting done at Harry's Berries 👨‍🌾👩‍🌾
