It’s Tuesday! Ozark is excited to celebrate our support staff on the 4th Tuesday of each month. Join us as we recognize and celebrate our Tiger Support Staff members of the month from across the District:
🐯 Tiger Paw - Mrs. Andrea Jarrett is a valued member of our preschool team and serves as a calm, steady presence for both her students and lead teacher. She consistently demonstrates a willingness to take on any task and actively seeks opportunities to grow in her knowledge and instructional practices. Mrs. Jarrett is kind, patient, and shows a genuine love for students through the caring relationships she builds each day. Her positive attitude, teamwork, and dedication to supporting students make her an important part of our school community.
❤️ North - We’re celebrating paraprofessional Lesley Jones who has made such a positive impact in her first year with us! Mrs. Jones’ upbeat attitude is contagious, she jumps in wherever she’s needed, and she creates genuine, lasting connections with her students each day.
She brings energy, care, and initiative to North and we’re so grateful she’s part of our team!
🖤 South - Randy Breth is an invaluable part of Ozark South Elementary as our night custodian. He works each evening to ensure our building is clean, safe, and ready to welcome students and staff each new day. His attention to detail and strong work ethic do not go unnoticed, especially when preparing spaces for school events and activities. Randy takes great pride in his work, and his dedication helps create a positive and inviting environment for our entire school community.
🐯 East - We want to recognize one of our amazing paraprofessionals, Rachel Shoemake! Rachel is such an asset to her classroom and someone we can always count on at East Elementary. She is great at taking charge when the situation calls for it and is the perfect person to rely on when things need to get done. She works incredibly hard every day and always brings a positive attitude to our halls. What stands out most is how much she truly cares about her students and their success. She works well with everyone in her room and has a natural way of helping her students thrive. We are so lucky to have her on our team and appreciate everything she does for our school!
❤️ West - Ms. Kandie Jones serves students and staff each day with a warm smile and positive attitude. She works beautifully with her teammates and helps make our school lunches not only delicious but also a bright spot in the day for everyone.
🖤 OMS - Jared Robbins is always willing to step in wherever needed! He actively seeks out ways to help and serve in many different roles throughout OMS. His kindness, respectfulness, and positive attitude makes a lasting impact each day. Whether greeting students and staff with a warm smile or offering assistance without hesitation; Jared exemplifies dedication, professionalism, and genuine care for others.
🐯 OJH - Peyton Byerly is a steady, calming presence in our building. As a paraprofessional, he jumps in wherever needed, builds strong relationships with students, and shows patience in every situation. His willingness to support others and connect with students makes a big impact each day.
❤️ OHS - In her first year in the OHS office, Lauren Miller has made an immediate and lasting impact. As the first face you see when entering the office, she creates a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through the door. Through her work in the front office, she plays a vital role in keeping our students, staff, and families connected each day. OHS is grateful for her positive attitude, professionalism, and patient approach to the day-to-day challenges that come with supporting a busy school.
🖤 District - We want to recognize Shana Sears, Operations Team Administrative Assistant! Shana is a quiet presence in our office. She often travels to help out at Transportation when needed and is always willing to pitch in and help!
