The Countywide Reappraisal letters have been sent out.
This is an example of what they look like.
Please note that if you are DAV the Homestead, Over 65, and Disabled will be marked NO.
This does not mean that you are not disabled or that you are not over 65. If you are DAV you can not claim disability and a homestead credit.
The Over 65 is the formal title for the flat rate tax freeze for people over the age of 65. The tax freeze only covers one acre and your home. It must be your principal place of residence.
Also note that if there is a -75 or another negative amount in the Estimated Tax Change it is because the Homestead Credit went up from 600 to 675.
