When asked what was most beneficial to them, pastors who completed our first online training cohort responded:
-The collaboration and having the different speakers with real experience.
-Hearing from people who really understood the dynamics and challenges of ministering in a rural church was great.
-Having different perspectives from all over the country was a strength of using the Zoom format.
-The wealth of outreach ideas from other participants as well as presenters.
