Reminder: Motor vehicle tag renewals are due this month for last names beginning with the letters Q, S and T. No title work will be completed after 4pm each day.

**Our offices will be closed Monday, September 7, 2026, in observance of Labor Day.**

Early reminder --> Property tax notices will be sent out next month for both real property (land/houses) and Business Personal Property (BPP), so please be on the lookout for those and make sure they are paid and the BPP returns sent back or dropped off in the Mapping and Appraisal office in the basement of the courthouse before December 31, 2026.

‼️Important reminders from the Revenue Commissioner's office‼️

Property Tax information:
* April 9th was the deadline to pay your property taxes before the tax lien sale.
* Online payments are now unavailable.
* Tax lien sale is April 14th at 8:30 a.m.
* BOE (Board of Equalization) notices will be sent out soon.
* Delinquent taxes from previous years CANNOT be paid online - you must call or visit in person to make payments.
Motor vehicles:
* Last names beginning with F, G, and N have tag renewals due this month.
If you have any questions or need any assistance, please feel free to call the office at 334-774-2226 and choose the appropriate option, or you may visit in person at the Dale County Courthouse in Ozark, 1st floor.
