The Christian County Sheriff’s Office was honored to take part in the Annual Missouri Law Enforcement Memorial Service, a solemn tribute to the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty. Members of Missouri’s law enforcement community from across the state gathered at the Memorial this past weekend to honor officers who died in the line of duty in 2025.

Sheriff Brad Cole said, this year, we paid special tribute to our own fallen deputies, Gabriel Ramirez and Michael Hislope, whose courage, dedication, and service will never be forgotten. Deputies from my Office placed a wreath on the Memorial on their behalf. We stand together in remembrance, honoring their legacy and the enduring commitment of all who serve and protect.

The Christian County Sheriff's Office has received reports of a PHONE SCAM that is providing a FAKE JURY SUMMONS.
Scammers are posing as Sheriff's Office employees saying they have a jury summons and that you have missed jury duty.
Please be aware:
Sheriff Cole wants the public to know that no employee of the Sheriff's Office would call you regarding jury duty.
These calls are fraudulent and should be treated with caution.
Do NOT share any personal or financial information if you receive one of these calls and report the call at www.ic3.gov
