TEAM TRYOUTS AT RISING STAR GYMNASTICS! Any kids ages 5 and up are invited to tryout! We have several teams that are anywhere from beginning to advanced including Tumbling & Trampoline, Boys Pre-Team, Boys Level 4-10 Team, XCEL Girls Team, and Level 2-10 Girls Teams!

Our teams workout anywhere from 3 to 20 hours per week and compete throughout Northern California and also surrounding states at the higher levels. Our team program builds self confidence, determination, team work, leadership, & time management, as well as fostering other healthy, productive life long habits!

In case you haven't heard, a wild otter gave birth Sunday morning to a pup right at the Monterey Bay Aquarium. Watch the video. So cute!
