We also want to give a special shoutout to our wonderful parent volunteers who got the project started and to our hardworking 4th graders, who proudly finished installing the letters today. Their teamwork and school spirit helped bring this exciting addition to life!

We love seeing our Chiefs work together to make Zitzman an even more welcoming and vibrant place for everyone. Thank you to everyone who helped make this project a success!

Today, our 2nd grade students enjoyed a fun and healthy food demonstration! Students learned about a variety of fruits and vegetables, including how each one helps keep their bodies strong and healthy.

To top off the lesson, students got creative by using bananas and pretzels to make adorable butterfly snacks. It was a hands-on way to learn about healthy eating while having lots of fun!

Students learned about a variety of reptiles and had the opportunity to see them up close, touch them, and even hold some of them. This hands-on experience helped bring science to life as students discovered interesting facts about these amazing animals and their habitats.

Reading is in full swing during Summer Discovery at Zitzman Elementary! ๐Ÿ“š

Our students are working hard in small groups to strengthen their reading skills, build confidence, and expand their knowledge each day. Small-group instruction allows teachers to meet students where they are and provide targeted support while keeping learning engaging and fun.

We are proud of the growth and dedication our Chiefs are showing this summer as they continue to learn, grow, and shine! ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿค
