• What is this? On Wednesdays, watch out for a post that looks like this one with all of the new books and movies that we're expecting to come in at Packwaukee Public Library soon!🥳

• The best part? You don't have to wait or keep checking back until they're actually here. You can place a hold now on the Winnefox website or app, and we'll contact you when it's ready for you to pick up! 😎

🤩 Our summer library program has officially come to a close & we have some things to share with you!

First, thank you to all those who participated- whether you signed up for our reading challenge & worked to turn in your bookmarks or if you attended a program this summer (or maybe both!). We appreciate you!! 🫶

This year, our summer reading challenge was 6 weeks long & ended on August 1st. Here are some fun stats we collected from those of you who turned bookmarks in:

⭐ The PreK-1st grade group read a total of 72 books.
⭐ The 2nd-5th grade group read a total of 64 hours.
⭐ Teen/Adult group read a total of 279 hours and 15 minutes.

Head over to the Packwaukee Park to check out our Storybook Stroll!

The current book is "Silly Tilly" by Eileen Spinelli: Tilly drives the other barnyard animals crazy with her silliness, but after gruffly telling her to stop, they discover that they miss her old ways.

This book will be posted along the park starting at Walnut Street and ending on State Street (in front our library) through August.
