Starting next Tuesday, September 3rd….
🌅MORNING YOGA 🌅 is coming to Packwood.
All month long, join us four mornings a week.

Monday & Wednesday at 8:15am

Tuesday & Thursday 10:15 am

This class will aim to meet you where you are at in order to best support your needs for rest, relaxation, increased mobility, strengthening, healing and flexibility. No experience is necessary. Decades of experience is also welcome.

Yoga positively impacts not just the body but the mind, the heart and the soul. It’s not made up— it’s a sequence and philosophy over 6,000 years old proven over billions of bodies. I aim to be exacting, clear and aligned with the teachings of my teachers and their lineages. Challenge yourself to come once or twice a week and witness your own progress over time. You will hardly believe what is possible. At the very least, I guarantee you will walk away a little lighter, sleep a little deeper and have a little more patience with the world at large.
