Paducah Alliance of Neighbors

Paducah Alliance of Neighbors Paducah Alliance of Neighbors helps our neighbors and creates stronger neighborhoods across Paducah OUR TEAM Community members coming together to serve.

MISSION STATEMENT The Paducah Alliance of Neighbors is a 501(3)c that creates strong neighbors and neighborhoods within Paducah, Kentucky, through home repair, and home construction and rehabilitation. With a variety of backgrounds, our team supports the executive director in fulfilling our mission. OUR GOAL Our goal is to strengthen both the physical neighborhood and the sense of community. We re

ly on community support and volunteers to make this happen. We are neighbors helping neighbors. Our programs. Emergency Repair Assistance program, Home Buyer program, and the Repair Affair program. The Emergency Repair Assistance program is a program where we provide home safety repairs to assist low-income homeowners. This may include roofing, siding, HVAC, electrical and plumbing repairs, and other remediation. This allows homeowners who would not be able to afford the repairs to stay safely in their homes. The Home Buyer program. We construct affordable, high-quality homes for income-qualified homebuyers. The grant funding we have secured will make these homes affordable and has been used on many of the houses in the community. This program is specifically designed to create owner-occupied homes and help families become homeowners. The Repair Affair program is a volunteer-powered program for low-income homeowners. Our staff organizes local volunteers (organizations, school clubs, church groups, etc.) to connect with local homeowners needing home repairs depending on the volunteer skill level. This has included home painting, accessibility ramps, landscaping, decluttering, and many other tasks that do not require a licensed contractor. It is a great way to get your community service goals met.
