📢🚑Ambulance Dispatcher Position Available!

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Dispatcher to join our high-volume ambulance service team. This position plays a critical role in coordinating emergency and non-emergency transportation while maintaining calm, professional communication in fast-paced situations.

Requirements

* High school diploma or GED required
* Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent multitasking and communication skills
* Ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations
* Previous dispatch, EMS, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls and coordinate ambulance transportation
* Communicate effectively with field crews and healthcare facilities
* Prioritize calls and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Accurately document call information and updates
* Maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure situations
