Final Community Conversation: Lodging Tax & Infrastructure

Join us for the fourth and final session in the Community Conversation series on Wednesday, June 10, focused on Archuleta County’s lodging tax and how it could help fund local infrastructure needs, including roads.

County Manager Longinos Gonzalez will lead the discussion and explain what the lodging tax is, what the County is considering, how additional lodging tax revenue could be used, and what voters may be asked to decide this fall.

Up to $14,000 in Rebates Available
More than $4 million in home energy rebates is available right now for Southwest Colorado residents, but the funding will not last.

The Home Electrification and Appliance Rebate Program offers some of the most generous home energy rebates Colorado has ever offered, with up to $14,000 in rebates available for eligible households.

Join 4CORE, LPEA, and the Colorado Energy Office for a free community event where you can get your questions answered, learn about your options, talk one-on-one with HEAR-approved contractors, get help navigating the program, and hear about additional rebates and financing options.

At the open house, you can:
Learn about heat pumps and home electrification
Talk with HEAR-approved contractors
Get application and eligibility assistance
Explore additional incentives and financing options
