It is hard to believe that this is the sixth anniversary of my first day on the bench. I am truly blessed to be able to work at a job that I love every day. The group below are the newly elected class of 2014 District Judges.

We are not holding in person Court in Johnson and Martin counties as long as each county is in the red zone. We will be setting up Zoom hearings as much as possible. Tomorrow's Martin county docket is reset for November 13. Monday's Johnson county docket is reset for November 30.

Lawrence county is currently in the yellow zone, we will continue in person court under current protocol.

Please see the attached Order relating to FTA's and traffic offenses. Anyone with an active FTA or bench warrant should please contact their county attorney and the county attorney will contact one of the judges to recall and reset their court date.

This is the result of the Kentucky Supreme Court which limits our dockets scheduled March 16-April 10. We will be having some court such as preliminary hearings and emergency hearings but will reset other scheduled dockets. If you need an emergency hearing, contact my office at 297-9581 and we will do our best to accommodate you if possible. I apologize for any inconvenience.

I want to thank sheriff Saylor and the deputies for coming out to the drug court softball game and picnic. Great food and time had by all.
