Palacios Library We're dedicated to advancing the education of the children and people of Palacios. Hours:
Mon-Wed 9am-6pm
Thurs-Fri 1pm-6pm
Sat 9am-2pm in the meeting room.

Tuesdays from 10-11 we have story time for kids. All ages are welcome and we usually do a small craft. Monday-Friday we have after school tutoring from 1st grade to 6th. This is available from 4pm to 5:45. If you have an older child that needs homework assistance we will try accommodate them. Thursday afternoons during the school year, we host Science Rocks from 5-5:30pm. Any school aged children are welcome to come and join.

Last Tuesday, we had the first Dream to Draw class for students in grades 1-3. This class was taught by Liza Lara, and the kids enjoyed it very much. Tomorrow we will be hosting the class taught by Lizbeth Davis for students in grades 4-6 from 4:30-5:30, and afterwards the class for grades 7-adults class from 5:45-6:45 taught by Zeinab Ghais.

This event is being sponsored by The Friends of the Palacios Library. We do ask that every participant make a commitment to attend all 3 classes. Only one excused absence will be accepted.
The Art Gallery will be an opportunity for all artwork to be showcased. Each participant will have 3 art pieces to display.
Please stop by the library to sign up. Classes are limited to 20 participants in each group. First come, first serve!
