Medicare Part D Open Enrollment is coming soon! The Open Enrollment period is from October 15th through December 7th. You may be able to save money on your prescription drug plan and we can help! We will be scheduling Open Enrollment appointments in the next couple weeks. We look forward to seeing you soon.

You may qualify for this program to reduce the cost of your license plate sticker from $151 to $10. WOW! That is a great savings. The Social Services Team can provide assistance to help you apply on-line for the Benefit Access Program. This program also entitles you to a Ride Free Transit Card. Proof of 2025 income is required for this program by the Illinois Department on Aging. Please call us for an appointment at 847-991-1112.

We can help!
PTSCC is a SHIP Site and our Social Services Department has SHIP Counselors who have been trained by Illinois Department on Aging to provide free Medicare counseling. We are knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to all of your Medicare questions. We can assist you with enrollment, Medicare supplements, Part D for prescription drugs, and Advantage Plan questions. We can screen for eligibility for assistance with Medicare costs. This service is available to people of all ages with Medicare. We are not affiliated with any insurance companies and we do not sell or solicit any type of insurance. Please call us for an appointment at 847.991.1112.
