Calling all Residents, we’re celebrating the start of another successful school year!

On behalf of Ribbon of Resilience, “Happy 1st Day” signs have been placed on the lawns at both the James A. Long Family Community Center and Ragsdale Community Center.

Families, stop by and capture the moment! Whether it’s the first day of kindergarten, another year of middle or high school, or simply another step toward a bright future—we want to celebrate our students!

Take your First Day of School pictures in front of the sign and be sure to tag the Palatka Housing Authority page so we can celebrate our scholars with you.

Yesterday was a great day of collaboration, connection, and community!

The Palatka Housing Authority was proud to participate in the Summer Family Homelessness Resource Fair, where families had the opportunity to connect with organizations dedicated to providing housing resources, health services, education, employment assistance, and other essential community supports.

A heartfelt thank you to every organization, volunteer, and family who attended. Together, we are proving that when community partners work side by side, we create stronger pathways to stability, opportunity, and hope.

At the Palatka Housing Authority, we remain committed to building relationships, connecting residents to resources, and creating communities where families can thrive.
