Pete wants to talk to anyone that has knowledge of the case. I know there are a few of you that can do that and there may be a few worried about it. Don't be. Forty Six years ago today, the body of Cecil Mullins was discovered in her home in Hollister. She had been r***d and murdered. This case is very close to being solved, thanks in part to concerned citizens and family members on Facebook, the Palatka Daily News, dedicated members of the Putnam County Sheriff's Office and our close knit community as a whole. Pete Skiba of the Palatka Daily News has followed this story for over a year and is doing another story to help give coverage. Watch, listen and share your thoughts.
