Rats and mice are commonly handled and make wonderful pets, and we have an extremely wide variety of color, fur, pattern, and ear types. If we don't have what you are looking for in particular, send us detailed notes or pictures and we will do our best in locating or producing the exact animal(s) you desire. We also specialize in a few species of feeder insects including: Dubia Roaches, Red Runners, Dusky Cave Roaches, and Madagascar Hissing Cockroaches (Blaptica dubia, Blatta lateralis, Blaptica fusca, Gromphadorhina portentosa, respectively). We offer local pickup (Free), delivery to local shows that we are vending ($25 fee), or Regional shipping ($50 fee). We ship FedEx overnight priority with insulated boxes and hot/cold packs as needed. For Live Arrival Guarantee someone must be there to sign for the shipment on the FIRST attempt or the Live Arrival Guarantee is VOID. We do not want a reptile sitting unattended in the elements. For any reason a reptile is DOA and a refund is due we will ship a replacement or give store credit. But you must contact us immediately (within 3 hours upon arrival) to inform us of the situation. We will do our best to rectify the situation. Live Insects:
We offer local pickup (Free), USPS Priority 2 Day ($8), FedEx overnight ($25). **Prices are subject to change without notice**
All live insects are freshly packed the morning of the shipping/pick up day to ensure they are fresh and healthy. We pack a minimum of 10% excess to ensure you get what you pay for and to account for any DOA feeders. For Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) you must ship FedEx overnight and sign for your package. Any issues contact us immediately to inform us of the situation. LAG replacement is another equal shipment or store credit, if and only if, neglect, failure to sign on the first attempt, or any other extenuating circumstances did not play a factor in the event that the insects were DOA. If live feeder insects are not for you, feel free to inquire on options of freeze dried and dehydrated feeders. We will even gut-load, as well as vitamin dust feeders upon request (for an additional charge) to better suit the dietary needs of your particular animals that you are feeding. Small animals:
No shipping available, local pickup only. Depending on order quantity and location, to some areas in East Texas are available. Any pet line/Breeder small animals sold come with a 7 day guarantee. If an animal dies of natural causes in that time frame (not neglect) we will replace it or issue store credit. Shipping is available on frozen rodents upon request but orders including: zip code, quantity, size, and type must be provided within proper notice in order to ensure we will have what you need in order to feed your beloved reptiles. All frozen rodents are processed in the most sterile and humane ways possible to ensure the best possible nutrition for your animal. Holds/Payment plans:
No reptile, small animals, or other items we sell will be held unless we receive a 25% non-refundable deposit. Deposits only hold a specific item for 7 days. After that time period the item on hold becomes available again to the public, unless you contact us for a payment plan. Our payment plans range from 30-90 days MAX based on total dollar value spent. Any animals that are on a payment plan will continue to be well fed and cared for until they leave our facility. You will be notified one week from the end of the payment plan with total amount due for pickup/shipping; the rest is up to you. 24 hours after the plan is up, if the full balance is not paid, all deposits and/or payments will be null and void.
