Dear Esteemed JOTPB Family, As we embark on this new year, I would like to take a moment to express my sincerest gratitude and appreciation to each of you for your tireless efforts in making 2025 a resounding success and a year to remember. In reflecting on our accomplishments, I would like to highlight some of our notable achievements: * We successfully provided sustenance to vulnerable citizens experiencing homelessness. * At our Grand Gala, we honored over 200 women who have made significant contributions to the lives of others. * We offered complimentary mental health assessments, counseling, and medical assessments and treatment. * We brought joy to children in our adopted island of Jamaica by distributing over 800 backpacks filled with school supplies. * Other initiatives in Jamaica included donating a computer to Niagara Primary & Infant School, blessing the Montego Bay Infirmary with essential supplies, and preparing hurricane relief shipments. * We awarded two Palm Beach County students with $2000 scholarships each. * We organized and participated in awareness walks for domestic violence. * We hosted our Annual Independence church service. * We enjoyed socialization and relaxation during our Atlantic and Caribbean cruise. * We attended the Father Ho Lung Musical in Broward County. * We honored the Free Spirit Outreach Community Service Awards. * We attended the CAFCI Friendship Ball. * Through collaborative efforts with our partner organizations, we shipped a container to Jamaica with hurricane relief supplies, including over 400 tarpaulins, medical supplies,water and non-perishable food items. * I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for your empathy and support during times of need and the cherished memories we've created throughout 2025. * May 2026 bring us greater productivity and success!
