Did you know we don’t charge late fees? Plus, any lost book charges can be cleared by just returning the book! We promise we won’t take your firstborn 😉

Video text: How library patrons expect us to react to late returns vs how we actually react.

Video description: A patron runs to the front desk and places a couple of late books on it. The library employee’s facial expression morphs from a smile to a straight face. Suddenly, the scene morphs with flames and lightning strikes as the room darkens and trembles.

Then the scene cuts to the real reaction, where the room is well lit and calm and the library worker is smiling.

Stuck in a reading rut? Want to try something new? Let us help you choose by rolling for it!

Check out what one of our librarians rolled. Are you up for choosing a book based on the roll?

Visual description: A pair of hands rolls a die over a sheet with numbered options. Each time an option is rolled, it is circled with a red marker. Once the criteria has been chosen, a librarian browses the stacks to choose a book. She chooses Bridgerton by Julia Quinn, which has a pink cover with decorative gold foil elements and floral edging.
