Palm Harbor Fire Rescue Honor Guard

Palm Harbor Fire Rescue Honor Guard Palm Harbor Fire Rescue created its Honor Guard in 1994.

The PHFR Honor Guard consists of active members from Local 2980 that devote their time to practice and drill so they operate in unison with very little commands being given. The Palm Harbor Fire Rescue Honor Guard participates in parades, conferences, opening ceremonies for fire-related activities, promotion ceremonies, retirement ceremonies and serves as ambassadors to the Fire Family. It is also

to ensure that every member of Palm Harbor Fire Rescue, both active, and retired, will have the option of the PHFR Honor Guard present at his, or her funeral service.
