Received formal certification on March 13, 2013 from the City of Palm Springs. It is bordered by E. Palm Canyon, Sunrise/Laverne and Camino Real.

Our Neighborhood Organizes
In September 2012, seven Twin Palms residents united as a “Neighborhood Organization Formation Committee” to seek official recognition for their district by the city of Palm Springs. Following several weeks of promoting the proposal, 70 neighbors and City officials gathered for a formation meeting at which the intent to organize was declared and the benefits and responsi

bilities of the action were presented and discussed. By March, the neighborhood was ready for its organizational meeting at which bylaws were adopted, an advisory board and slate of officers were elected, and signatures were collected from residents to petition the City for official status. The Twin Palms Neighborhood Organization received formal certification on March 13, 2013. Our borders encompass more than 800 owners, residents, and enterprises. About two dozen members serve our vibrant committees that collectively provide opportunities for socializing and expressing civic responsibility, maximizing security and quality of life, preserving and promoting our neighborhood history, and keeping our neighbors and the City informed of our activities. Under the direction of our Blade Sign Committee, graphic artist and Twin Palms resident, Hank Hudson created the design for our neighborhood blade sign. In July 2013, the design was approved by an overwhelming majority of those attending a general membership meeting, and one week later, final approval was granted by the City. Our blade sign—and our neighborhood logo—was born.

Splash House 2023 | August 12 & 13th | August 19 & 20th | Saguaro Hotel 1800 East Palm Canyon Drive, Palm Springs, CA 92264

Dear Neighbor,

We are excited for the return of our Splash House event this summer at the Saguaro Hotel. This event will begin at 12:00pm and end at 8:30pm on Saturday August 12th and begin 1:00pm and end at 9:00pm on Sunday August 13th as well as August 19th & 20th.

Minimizing potential disturbances is a priority for us and we remain committed to working together with residents and the city to produce successful events. As in previous years, we will be making periodic visits to various hotel perimeter points as well as within the community to monitor the sound levels during our events. We have added a dedicated dispatcher and code officer with the City of Palm Springs to assure compliance and maintain complaint logs as well as sound level monitoring at location of complainants.
We welcome feedback and input from residents in the form of texts, emails, or calls directly if there are possible disturbances at any time. It is helpful to us when we can identify the nature, location, and time of each potential disturbance in the best manner possible.
