R and R Concepts is excited to announce the Fall 2013 Dallas Fort Worth Texas Contestant winners. These three lucky reps get an all expenses paid trip to Dallas where the company is hosting its Fall Top Leaders Meeting. Top leaders in the industry from all over the country will be present for a 2 day impact on the industry, team building and networking opportunities. Statistics show 85% of those who attend the Top Leaders Meeting go on to earn their ownership in the program within the next 6 months.

With just under 3 months in the business, Michelle Ellis from Lancaster is seeking an opportunity in the East Coast Costco program. Instead of returning with the group on Wednesday, she will fly out to New Jersey where she and another Rep Eric Cascadden will test drive the two New Jersey Costco's to see if it is a location Michelle would like to earn for herself.

With a little over 5 months in the business, Walter Ponce is a few weeks away from earning Assistant Management. With three members on his team and growing he is excited about his opportunity. Unsure if he would prefer a traditional market or Costco experience; Walter is looking forward to going to Dallas to network with leaders from across the country to help shape his decision.

Having entered the business around the same time as Michelle, Charee' Davis has completed about 3 months in the business. When an opportunity presented itself to go to Bakersfield Ca and assist in its rebuilding, Charee' worked tirelessly to earn her leadership and began building her team. With two reps on her team and recruiting ongoing, Charee' is interested in taking over Bakersfield in the next few months.

Our training program is designed for individuals to begin their careers at the entry level stages. We develop individuals from entry level stages of marketing and client relations to ultimately develop their management skills. These individuals will then manage and oversee a new market!

The Palmdale Crew celebrating Roberts upcoming Promotion and Last few days in California. Robert will be expanding R and R Concepts Brand to New Hampshire and opening up Nashua Costco. We will be sad to see a friend leave but are excited that he has worked his heart out to earn his opportunity. You will be missed Robert! Thank you for all of your dedication and hard work!
