Fluvanna County Habitat for Humanity We partner with volunteers, churches and businesses to build homes for our partner families with a low interest mortgage. Habitat is a hand up, not a hand out!

Fluvanna County Habitat for Humanity works with local volunteers, churches and businesses to build homes for Fluvanna Residents that cannot afford conventional mortgages. The homes are then sold to partner families at no or low interest, keeping monthly mortgage payments low.

Are you unable to qualify for conventional homeownership (i.e. the bank will not approve you for a mortgage)?
Are you living in substandard or temporary housing?

Fluvanna Habitat will be opening an application period from June 8th through July 10th. Applications will be available beginning Monday, June 8th.

Together, we are building a future.

Our Rusty Nailz (our amazing volunteers!) had a unique project in April. They had the opportunity to replace a shed floor for our local food pantry - Monticello Area Community Action Agency and Fluvanna Christian Service Society.
