We spent over two years talking with the Subject Matter Experts—veterans who are sufferers of PTS/TBI and members of their family circle. We posed a simple question to them, "If you knew then what you know now about PTS/TBI, what would you tell others who are beginning those same challenges today?"

From those extraordinary interviews we created unique, practical outlines and short helpful videos for veterans by veterans and by family members for family members. Real people, really helpful suggestions!
