We would like to recognize our caregiver for demonstrating outstanding compassion and initiative. When a resident became disappointed after realizing she had lost her watch, the caregiver thoughtfully utilized the WellQuest Touch Legacy Program to obtain a similar watch for her.
This simple yet meaningful act brought our resident tremendous joy and comfort. The watch was inexpensive yet it brought the resident a peace of mind and deeply appreciative of the caregiver's kindness and the extra effort taken to help restore her sense of security.
Thank you for going above and beyond to make a positive difference in our resident's life. Small acts of kindness can make a long lasting impact, and we are proud of our caregivers and the work that we do.
