Pampa Meals on Wheels Meals on Wheels offers a hot, nutritious noon meal each weekday for Pampa residents 55 years of age and older who have difficulty preparing their own meals

Pampa Meals on Wheels is a private, non-profit organization that delivers nutritious meals to homebound senior citizens and disabled people. Our well-balanced meals provide the patrons with much needed nutrition that can help maintain and restore vitality and health. WIth the help of friendly, caring volunteers, meals are delivered each weekday, beginning around 10:30a.m. Volunteers spend a few mi

nutes visiting recipients and inquiring about their well-being. This daily check eases the pain of loneliness and isolation that comes from living alone and lends peace of mind to concerned relatives and friends.
