VBOC Florida The Veterans Business Outreach Center (VBOC) is here to help create, develop, and retain veteran-owned small businesses. This program is funded by the U.S.

The VBOC provides entrepreneurial training through workshops and the internet, counseling, technical assistance, and resource utilization services to Veterans, Service-Disabled Veterans, Reservists, National Guard Members, and Active Duty business owners and start-up entrepreneurs living in the state of Florida. Small Business Administration to serve as a clearinghouse of business and technical assistance for those veterans interested in starting or expanding a business. Through collaborative efforts of SBA partners such as Small Business Development Centers, Service Corps of Retired Executives (SCORE), One Stop Capital Shops and Business Information Centers (BIC) throughout the state, we are able to assist individuals through each phase of the business cycle. VBOC is a free service of Gulf Coast State College.
