A clean diaper may seem like a small thing, but for a family in need, it can make a BIG difference. 💗

The Junior League of Panama City Diaper Bank Drive is happening September 14–20, and we’re asking our community to help us stock the shelves and support local families!

Since 2015, the Junior League of Panama City’s Diaper Bank has worked to address diaper need right here in Bay County. Through our community partner agencies, we distribute approximately 7,000 diapers every month to families who need them most.

Take Action Tuesday: Register for the 2026 JLFL S**C Fall Conference!

Join the Junior Leagues of Florida State Public Affairs Committee, October 2–4, in Panama City for a weekend of connection, learning, and conversation around public affairs and advocacy across Florida.

Hosted by the Junior League of Panama City, the Fall Conference brings together Junior League members from across the state to strengthen connections, deepen our understanding of advocacy, and continue building our collective impact in Florida.

Where: Panama City, Florida
When: October 2–4, 2026
Who: Members of any Florida Junior League are invited to attend, especially if they are seeking to engage with others on public affairs issues and advocacy.
Are you a board member or delegate? You are encouraged to register ASAP. 😉

🍦 Building relationships, one scoop at a time! 💙

This past Tuesday, members of our Community Impact Council gathered at Sticky Fingers Creamery & Lounge for an evening of ice cream, fellowship, and planning for the year ahead.

Still energized from our Chairs Training, the group spent time getting to know one another with a fun game of Think Twice (in a Jar) before diving into placement goals, brainstorming ideas, and discussing opportunities to make an even greater impact in our community this League year.

Strong relationships are the foundation of meaningful service, and we can't wait to see what this incredible team accomplishes as we celebrate 75 years of women building a better Bay County.

🎉 What a way to kick off our 75th Anniversary celebration! 🎉

Yesterday morning, 18 incredible women came together to celebrate the beginning of a milestone year for the Junior League of Panama City—and we packed a whole lot of fun into one morning!

We enjoyed breakfast together, discovered more about ourselves through the Enneagram, took a walk through the rich history of both AJLI and JLPC, and then put our teamwork (and competitive spirits 😄) to the test with an Amazing Race-style scavenger hunt!

From learning and laughing to connecting and creating new memories, today was the perfect reminder of what makes Junior League so special. Here’s to honoring 75 years of leadership, service, friendship, and making an impact in our community—and to all the exciting moments still to come!

🌟 Leadership in Action! 🌟

Summer doesn't slow down at the Junior League of Panama City—it's when we prepare for an incredible year ahead!

On June 24, our committee chairs came together for Chair Training, equipping our volunteer leaders with the tools, resources, and knowledge they'll need to lead successful committees throughout our 75th Anniversary year.

Our committee chairs are the heart of everything we do. Their dedication, creativity, and leadership make it possible for Junior League to continue advancing women's leadership while creating meaningful community impact through volunteer action, collaboration, and training.

Now, we're thrilled to welcome our 2026-2027 New Member Class this weekend at New Member Retreat! We can't wait to introduce them to the League, build new friendships, and begin another year of serving our community together.

With so many exciting events, service projects, and celebrations planned in honor of our 75th Anniversary, this is shaping up to be a truly unforgettable year.
